After parking, the initial part of the walk was about 4 minutes through the woods and this was the first coastal view.

Once on the top of the first rock, there was a bench with a million dollar view.

Continuing the walk, the scenery at the first point was plentiful.

After walking around the first cove, the rocks were smooth from erosion.

Interesting panoramic.

After walking up on the rocks, a historical fact was painted in this boulder.

Many cormorants in a small rock island.

There is a path one can take, but my philosophy is take the path less followed.

After a snack break Peter and I getting ready to continue our adventure.

A nice view of the painted rock.

The lonely tree.

Our turn around point was just before the community of Prospect.

What a beautiful community.

Our turning point.

Along the coastline we were not expecting to come across poison ivy.

Such a nice 9.5km hike.

It was such a gorgeous day! A small cool breeze, but still warm enough to wear t-shirts. Now that is awesome mid October weather!
