We left early in the morning for our next leg. A little tired as the most incredible lightning storm took place between 2am and 3am. Consistent lightning after lightning for about 30 minutes. Then the heaviest rainstorm I have ever encountered.
The photo below is the gate to the campground where we stayed last night. It is called Rock Garden Campgrounds.
It didn't take long for us to reach the Ontario border.
Our first stop along Lake Superior information center. A beautiful day.
This canoe was covered in pieces of mirror.
The biggest fish I have ever caught. Hahaha
Actually it is called 'Husky the Muskie' in Kenora.
We stopped in Dryden and saw this eagle.
Beside the eagle was the statue they call 'Max the Moose.
Being under the moose gives you the best indication of how tall it is.
A roadside stop for fresh air and a nice view.
Along the road Charlie spotted this Church. Not sure where it was, but talk about perfect lighting.
We stopped at Kakabeka Falls ... very nice.
