Today, my brother Charlie and I headed out to Sparwood to continue our search for the Great Trail Treasure.
On our way through Crowsnest Pass, I had to stop for a photo of Crowsnest Mountain ... the lighting was perfect.
Once we reached Elkford, we took a side road and came across over 30 elk in the vicinity.
On a different side road, in search for the treasure, a rainbow falls nearby!
The rainbow led us to the treasure box! We were the first to find it! Hahaha
Inside is a $5.00 mint Canadian coin ... very nice prize!
Truck was a little on the dirty side after this day. Hahaha
Beautiful landscape views in this area.
We set up camp in Elkford by the river.
Great day and evening of relaxing and sharing stories of our daily adventures and misadventures. 😊
