After arriving at our hotel and watching the sunset, we watched a great movie on television and lights out! Got up next morning for a good breakfast and had to go to lobby to get the internet ... it was too spotty in our room.
Very nice beach all along this coastline. Nancy and I walked to this pier one nice day.
One of the things we saw washed up on the shore was the Portuguese Man of War. This jellyfish is extremely hazardous if stung. There have been people who have received a great deal of care immediately and still passed out from the sting. One victim explained how it felt like a hot knife had pierced his body.
Nancy has not had much opportunity to sleep so had a nap on the beach. LOL
Some beautiful sunsets were witnessed.
We witnessed a severe storm first hand. We were very pleased that there were no hurricanes in the near vicinity. However, a few hours away, four people had lost their lives from a hurricane ... our thoughts and prayers are with them. And it is not over yet ... expected tonight.
